Hey there! I’m Justine, your one-stop shop for getting fit and having fun with it. I’ve got over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, and let me tell you, I’ve seen it all – from weight management goals to Olympic hopefuls! My passion for sports started young on the track & field team at the University of Pittsburgh, and I haven’t slowed down since.
In 2008, I fueled my passion with a Master’s Degree in Sport Management, giving me the smarts to back up my training magic. Whether you’re looking to shed some pounds, build muscle, crush group fitness classes, or even train your young athlete (ages 10+) to dominate the track, I’m your girl! I can whip up personalized programs for any sport, focusing on strength, speed, and agility to make you or your mini-athlete a true powerhouse.
